LAX Terminal 7 & 8 Refresh

Project Overview

The Terminal 7 & 8 Refresh Program at LAX is a fast-tracked interior renovation of two active terminals, delivered in advance of the 2028 Summer Olympics (LA28). The project translates LAWA’s new Experience Master Plan into a buildable scope under extreme schedule constraints.

Project Facts

Client: LAWA | Scope: Interior renovation + phased delivery | Role: Lead Project Manager

The Challenge

  • Delivery within an accelerated LA28-driven timeline

  • Designing within fully operational terminals

  • Reconciling ambitious new experience standards with existing conditions

  • Coordinating across multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders
